Our kitchen staff has 76 years of experience among them so when we say we’ll take care of you on your big day, believe it. Chef Tamara has 33 years of experience under her ‘chef’s hat’ and our sales manager has 22 years with 7 of those years as a wedding coordinator. Add in the additional years of experience of our other kitchen staff and you’d be hard pressed to find another catering company with that level of skill.
Chef Tamara and her staff pride themselves on making every wedding an event to remember and that means customizing every aspect of the day to your needs, likes and budget. Our staff is able to assist in any and all phases of planning before your wedding day, as well as at your reception, with our on-site Event Manager. We’ll offer assistance with venue options from your extensive list of preferred sites in the Portland/Vancouver metro area and surrounding communities.
From intimate plated dinners to hors d’oeuvre receptions to buffets and brunches, we cater to all types of weddings. If your wedding day is a small backyard affair, you can provide the side dishes with Simply Thyme catering the main course as well as providing staff for serving and cleanup. If a formal sit-down dinner is what you envision for your guests, then we can supply everything from the food to the rentals to the centerpieces on the tables. Whatever your desire, it’s our goal to make it a reality.

Cost can be an important consideration in planning your event so we take you through the process of composing a menu with your budget and detailing plans to ensure the event meets your expectations.
Our proposal will outline the menu and beverage selections to reflect your guest count and choice in the level of service, as well as any considerations for linen and/or rental costs. For your convenience, we can meet you at the event site or in our office or make plans by phone and email.
